Balochistan High Court declared Chief Justice of Balochistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sardar Mohammad Rind in general elections 2018.
According to Express News, Returning Officer dismissed the nomination papers for the fake degree and murder case of Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind, President of Balochistan, on which he appealed to the Appeal Tribunal, who retired the officer of retirement officer. The decision was taken, after which provincial president Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind challenged the decision of the apex tribunal in Balochistan High Court.
Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Muhammad Nazir Ahmed Largo, the two benchmarks of the Balochistan High Court, heard the appeal of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind, and kept the decision of the Apple Tribunal by hearing the verdict on the previous hearing. Provincial President of the Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind declared it impossible to participate in the election.
The spokesman, PTI Balochistan, on the other hand said that the Supreme Court will face the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court against the opposition.
