ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court demands details of all the assets from Pervez Musharraf, Asif Zardari and Malik Qaim.
The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar in the Supreme Court heard the case of benefiting from the NRO, on the occasion, former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf's lawyer gave a 2-day delay to answer. While saying that we have received the notice tomorrow, General (retd) Pervez Musharraf respects the courts, should be given respite.
During the hearing, the Supreme Court asked details of all the assets from Pervez Musharraf, Malik Zardari and Chief Justice in the remarks that the statements will be taken by all those people who have no assets abroad, Amnesty Scheme ends. After all these people give oaths in the court, some people will reveal their own countrywide and foreign assets in Amnesty Scheme, some people will say that they can dolare their assets, currently not taking any consent but one Thousands of people are in my mind.
In the remarks, the Chief Justice said in the remarks that if anybody has made a wrong statement, he will be informed, everyone will have to show their assets and their children's assets, and all the people will seek direct details, and remove all the cases of corruption. There is no apology on corruption, the big one believes that he will not be caught and find him.
Former president Asif Ali Zardari's lawyer Farooq H Naik said that Asif Zardari has faced 8 cases and has already submitted the statement with the nomination papers, which the Chief Justice said in the remarks that I do not take Zardari's name. I am telling everyone, the money is to be brought to the country and make the dams, the further hearing of the case will be done on August 7 after the Amnesty Scheme ends.
